Student Privacy

A plain-language look at how student privacy works in TrainerAid.

01What students can do

Students plan study time, get AI-guided help, practice with quizzes, build projects, and collect portfolio evidence in their own supervised space.

02What parents can see

Parents see progress summaries, weak topics, weekly reports, and safety alerts — not full raw chat history by default.

03What schools can see

During a pilot, teachers see class-scoped progress and reviewed work through privacy-safe reporting, governed by consent.

04What TrainerAid does not show by default

Full raw student chat history is not exposed by default. Only limited relevant excerpts may surface for flagged safety or academic-integrity concerns.

05How data controls work

Consent, role-based visibility, and student-controlled sharing determine who sees what. Students and parents can request export or deletion.
